"This is my fourth time staying at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres and I keep coming back because I love how beautiful the resort is and how great the staff treats my family. We stay in the Family Selection side because of the great amenities it offers to families. We love The Nest Restaurant (exclusive to family selection) because the proximity is so convenient and they have a kids club on site that is super helpful during meals. Also, the staff at The Nest were so great to us during our stay and always made us feel welcomed. We especially loved the noche de carnes at the nest, food was so good! We loved the Family selection pool because of all the activities they offer and the attention to families. Throughout our trip, Expedia concierge Maria checked on us daily and assured everything on our trip was going great. Really appreciated her attention throughout our trip! Shout out to our butlers, Sebastian and Felipe for being amazing and helping us book all of our dinners! Shout out to our favorite golf cart driver, Oscar. Thank you for taking us to and from our dinners and being so great and patient with us! I love this place and can’t wait to go back!"

"Everything is clean, beautifully decorated and homey feeling. The food was great with a few excptions like room service, we found most room service food tasted old and inedible. Beach was pristine, service everywhere was fantastic. Book a massage with Fernanda at the spa and grab chocolate from Itzel at Kakao! Stand outs for sure!"

"At first I had miscommunication, but it all worked out! The place is beautiful, the staff is great, quite a bit of things for kids which was great! Food some places were delicious others were typical not bad. The only thing I would say is the Hibachi was preferred guest and then opened to everyone else but not for parties of 12.MTS shuttle services were excellent as well!"
