"Cannot say enough good things about this place! Food was incredible. Rooms were immaculate; they clean at all hours so no matter when I left/came back - the room was spotless. Everything is super close which is great. But the staff is really the best part! From the moment i got onto the property, the men at the gate, receptionist desks, the entertainers, bartenders, maids, the SPPPAAAA STAFF WAS SO LOVELY! Ugh. love this place. It was my first time at a RIU and my first time really solo travelling on a resort. Thanks so much to the whole team <3"

"“I stayed at the JW Marriott Cancun with my family in July, and we loved it. Everything was exceptional, and the resort felt safe the whole time. My kids had a great time. My only complaint is that there’s no kids club, which would have made it perfect for families. Other than that, I have nothing but good things to say, and we’ll definitely be back!”"
