"Everything was great! Rooms were clean, staff were great, friendly, and very efficient. Food was really good as well and they serv pretty fast for a very busy place! They have a good system for buffet too. AC was good and working, views were great. The only thing that was disappointing was the wifi, most of the time we had no connection, and our last 2 days no wifi at all. "

"En el check in la representante de expedia dijo que no nos podía atender ella porque no éramos VIP Access(cosa que era incierta ) y fue muy poco profesional la verdad. Luego nos atendió otra persona que si fue muy amable. La recreación, las actividades y las áreas comunes fueron muy buenas. La comida no era muy buena pero estaba aceptable. A la hora del checkout nos cancelaron el vuelo sin ninguna razón y la única opción que nos ofreció el hotel fue pagar la noche extra a un precio de hotel 7 estrellas, o nos teníamos que salir y la verdad fue muy frustrante porque ni la aerolínea ni expedía respondieron ante este suceso desagradable que no fue tampoco culpa nuestra . "

"Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended This is by far one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. The experience has been extremely disappointing. There is no clean or safe pool available for kids, and there are no activities or events as expected from a hotel like this. The pool areas, especially those near construction zones, feel unsafe and poorly maintained. The overall condition raises serious concerns about cleanliness and health standards. The staff and management do not seem to address these issues or show concern for guests’ comfort and safety. To make matters worse, the main dinner restaurant is practically unavailable. We were told it is “reservation only,” but when we tried to book, there was no availability for the entire week. This is completely unacceptable and very frustrating. You come here expecting to relax and enjoy your vacation, but instead you end up dealing with stress and disappointment."

"We did not have a good experience this time around. On our first day we complain about the shower not working correctly and or fridge was not stocked. Maintenance came out and did say shower was not working. They moved us room 455 to 855 with a horrible view. The following day the call us to the front desk and insisted we pay for a broken television and a crack phone. Wow! Mind you we didn't get into our room till 8pm. They told me and my wife we were to pay $500 US dollars or the police would be called to make a report and escort us off the property. We had 9 other family members staying there and didn't want to ruin our family vacation so im out $500. On top of that 4 of our group got food poisoning from what we narrowed down to the Japanese restaurant. I will not be staying on this property again and will not recommend it to anyone. "

"Very nice, would come again, got there early and was checked in to my room early no extra charge, and great rooms too. Food, you won't be disappointed, unless you like coconuts cuz there aren't any, I hoped for a station that makes juice smoothies, don't need the proteins whey or spirulina, just a blend of any of the wide selection of fruit available with water or milk would be so appreciated. And bring Pepto Bismol, not sure what got me there but I spent 2nd and 3rd day in the toilets. (Think my "medium" Arrachera steak since it was rare) Wife and daughter were fine with theirs. Staff, mostly friendly, sometimes bartenders looked like they had enough, and seeing how much they do, I would be moody too, just treat them well $ or $$, not ideal but you will get treated better and with a smile. Seaweed tip, avoid it if you can, daughter and I were fine and we touched a lot of it, my wife not so lucky, she still itching like crazy after 10 days now, there could be jellyfish tangled up or larvae. Arms and legs full of itchy red spots. Pools were a 3/5 unfortunately, mid March had some cool weather so we hoped for warm pools but nope, they rely on the sun to heat up water it seems, clouier days people barely went in, water was not warm, actually warmer in the beach. Even the various small pools with jets were cold, they looked like big Jacuzzi with bunch of jets but had same temperature as other pools. Don't know if broken or by design. Really fun entertainment, favorite part!"
