Must book! We had the most amazing stay here at Villa Del Palmer Cancun. The staff was spectacular. It was fun, clean, and safe. For three adults and one 10 year old there was plenty of things for us all to do. Truly an epic vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were treated exceptionally well. Luis at the front desk was amazing. He was warm, friendly and kind! The rooms big and clean. Food was amazing and tasty. Service top notch. Always polite and with a smile. Raul at the pool was just awesome! I don’t have a negative comment about our stay.
