No te dan jabón ni shampoo, las toallas de mal aspecto. Me hicieron el check in, me dieron mi llave, salí a cenar y regreso y no puedo entrar a la habitación, resulta que no se había realizado el cobro de la habitación y no me avisaron al check in. La alberca estaba seca y no había cable en la tv
