Staff was very attentive and courteous, room had everything we needed and whenever they did housekeeping they made sure we were well accommodated. Breakfast was delicious as well as the café in the entrance. Swimming pool/hot tubs were amazing. Would definitely recommend and/or stay here again.

Wonderful hotel, very clean and my room Had just a shower and it was great, nice water pressure and hot water, which is not normal for Mexico. The buffet was decent, just repetitive.

Staff are nice and the buffet was perfect and i love relaxing at the pool area so relaxing..but this is only the hotel that i’ve booked that no toothbrush and toothpaste and the room where i stay, i can hear the guest in the next room.i stayed on the last floor

I stayed at this hotel for my anniversary, and it was absolutely beautiful! As a Black woman, I was a little nervous at first, but the staff was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. My room was cleaned every single day, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was a little bland, but there were plenty of options to choose from. The area we stayed in felt very safe, and everything was within walking distance no need for an Uber or bus. There were so many fun things nearby to do and explore. I will definitely be booking again!

Nothing promoted was available. Chromecast was out of service, room service not available, and beach access pass not available. I felt like I got cheated for what I paid. I checked out and flew home two days early. Terrible experience I wouldn’t recommend.

NOT ON THE BEACH. Half of the pictures are fake because this is not on the beach. The poolside bar doesn’t open until almost 12pm, there’s no poolside service. And you probably won’t be able to get a day pass to their sister resort if it’s busy. Also I had to go downstairs and request a blanket because they only put 2 sheets on the bed and thought that was enough. You will not have a good view of anything from your room.

Most of staff seem a bit put out with their interactions with patrons. Need to be more courteous patient and considerate with staff /patron interactions. As well you shouldn’t have to ask 3 x to get your room cleaned and at 4:30 pm wonder if it will be done. The elevator needs fixing and maybe some slow close on the doors do they don’t slam when being shut. Maybe a new system without arm bracelet. Electronic scan. It felt too restrictive and archaic
