"We traveled with two teenagers and picked this resort specifically for the water park. It’s decent with a few bigger slides and smaller ones as well for younger kids. The adult pool was nice and clean. There were daily activities were fun and they actually did the activities (some resorts plan them but don’t do them). Staff was friendly and helpful on every interaction whether it was the bell hop, front desk, waitstaff, outside staff, etc. It was a tad hard to get a restaurant reservation as they fill up quickly. The room was very nice but noisy as we could hear the family in the rooms next to us. The room had minimal plugs to charge items or use. The bathroom needs a couple more places to hang items like towels. The beach was beautiful and they have separate activities outside the hotel close by. We would return to this resort."

"The one thing I will say is this resort is very clean and well kept. They have staff cleaning all day long. If it rains, they are out with squeegees as soon as it stops, clearing the water. It’s a fun adult playground."

"What an amazing place. We took out family here as a last minute vacation and absolutely loved it. Great facilities, pool, beach etc. Food was always great. Staff were amazing and always smiling. Shout out to Vanilla, Pepe and Alfredo in the buffet restaurant. Definitely coming back."

"All the staff were amazingly friendly and attentive. The pools were lovely, as was the small beach on the property, and daily themed activities and music meant there was always something interesting to do and eat. The resort is small compared to some others along the hotel zone, so if you prefer a cozy atmosphere this is the place for you! Downtown Cancún and attractions along the Hotel Zone / Zona Hoteleria are equally accessible by local bus from the hotel as well."

"Good location , beach front has plenty of space always had a good chair ! Food was only Ok at best , no real table service at most of the restaurants, if thats what your looking for it’s Definitely not at this all inclusive . They had plenty of activities to keep you busy and the parties they have seem big and fun especially for the younger ones 18-35 , looks like they had lots of FUN i would have too at that age . Went with family so we had a variety of ages and it was good .aThe ac was NOT working properly kept having to have them come to the room and check it until I coundnt take it anymore the heat / humidity was rough .They moved is after I told them I was NOT staying another night in that room they said there wasn’t anything available until the next day ..Well I didnt stand down and I insisted they find another room and all of a sudden they found a room ..I know situations happen and I was being patient but by the 3rd night I said Absolutely not …I will try another RIU again just maybe all adult"
