Great resort. Second time here. Been to 9 other resorts in Riviera Maya and this one stands out. Beautiful property, plenty of pools and entertainment. The food is excellent, especially the lunch buffet by the main pool. Best we’ve had in Mexico. The beach is not the prettiest, but there’s a nice area for water-sports that is very calm. Highly recommend.

Luis at the front is an absolute gentleman! Jhovanny went out of his way to make sure we were always comfortable and fed well. The rest of the staff were also a pleasure to be around, everyone was super considerate and attentive. Food selection was great and clean, drinks were great. Every bump we ran into was fixed instantly. Room upgraded. Pools were kept well. Our two weeks here were amazing, we didn’t want to leave!

I stayed at Cancún Bay Resort for five nights and really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is small but has everything you need — comfortable, cozy, and clean. The atmosphere feels peaceful and welcoming, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The food was tasty with a good variety every day.
