I didn't select breakfast as part of my itinerary. The biggest issue is the sargassum weed. The hotel must take proactive steps to prevent large build-ups. Otherwise, it's impossible to use the beachside. The smell is awful. The majority are using the pool, but its cleanliness is in question. Some beach towels are so old that you can see how thin they have become after the washing and drying process. The rooms are good and clean. Staff are very polite and helpful.

Love the hotel. The vibe is amazing, and the parties/themes are lots of fun. However, I wish the hotel would enforce the no camera/privacy policy better.

We loved the condo!! Exceptionally clean. Room service was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would come agaib.

Only complaint was it was impossible to get reservations at La Vista. No matter how early I checked it always said unavailable.
