"Great experience ahh this magical place , the stuff is so nice and professional "
"All the employees were bilingual and very nice and helpful. I loved how there was always something to do and enjoy. Even if you don’t leave the hotel property you would not be bored here. The only thing I would change was the breakfast buffet menu. We were here for 7days and the breakfast menu was the same everyday and definitely did not feel like freshly made. Tasted more like frozen food and into the oven type. All the other restaurants in the property were amazing and I loved how there was a couple options for lunch and dinner. Bartenders were amazing drinks were kept coming. Overall service was 10/10. Would definitely recommend Dreams in Tulum "
