"Listen….. I’ve stayed at a few Secrets (and hotels related to the brand) over the past few years, and I’d have to say that THIS was probably BY FAR THE BEST Secrets I’ve stayed in. From arrival…to check in…to being upgraded at no cost…to having your own concierge that makes sure you’re okay and keeps you up to date with the daily activities…to the rooms….to the restaurants/food options…the spa…the beach club…ALL OF IT! Top tier!!! I was sad to return back to reality after having such a great NYE vacation. I would stay here again if I ever come back to Tulum! Thank you to all the staff for your professionalism and hospitality! "

"The rooms were clean and proper, and staff was super friendly and accommodating. I also liked how walkable this location was to many spots in downtown! As a solo traveler I felt safe the entire time here. "

"The luxury 2 queen room was so surprisingly extra spacious with its uber high ceilings, and no unit was on top of us on the ground floor. The grounds are immaculate, and the rooftop garden was surprising. The free breakfast was great as well - were pleasantly surprised there was a free made to order entree and not just buffet style."
