"The number one thing that stood out to my Wife and I was the customer service. The staff was actually happy to have us and you could feel it. The food and drinks were good too. The scenery/ aesthetics was absolutely beautiful which prompted us to do a great photo shoot with Enersto and was so good!! The photos turned out amazing!! Thank you to Isabella (Front desk), Juan (Bailsman), Erick (Spanish class), Benito (drink waiter on the beach). And of the housekeepers and plenty of other nice staff that we didn't quite catch your name but we felt your positive energy. The beach was beautiful and not much seaweed at all and they cleaned it daily! This was a Valentine trip for my Wife and I and you all exceeded our expectations. Gracias!! "

"The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the preplanning of our trip as well as throughout our entire stay. She was easy to access and responsive. Barbara even helped us plan a small wedding/vow exchange on the property and connected us with some amazing people to help make our day magical in this beautiful location!The amenities were gorgeous, the view, the calm bay and BEAUTIFUL sand and well-kept beach for enjoyed by all!The staff were OUTSTANDING and just as hard to leave as the beautiful location. They were all so kind, accommodating and down right hard workers!!! We enjoyed the incredible food served by Manuel and the delicious bottomless drinks served by Loius. We appreciated the beautiful ladies that helped keep our space clean and tidy and were so helpful with getting clothes washed and pressed for our big day! They worked so hard to make the indoor space, the outdoor space and beach look simply flawless!!!This was a truly perfect vacation for our whole family!"

"This was a last minute trip and I must say I had absolutely a WONDERFUL time and sooooo happy I stayed here! The Staff…EVERYONE was so nice, professional, helpful, kind, sweet, and attentive. I slept very well…the bed was very comfortable. Then Matias…he did a video of me that was soooooo beautiful. I mean…I speechless as I came to do absolutely nothing…which is surprising being I always do activities and take pictures. They let me stay a lil longer for my flight. Arranged my transportation to and from the airport and even off the bay to go to Tulum. I most definitely will come back and thank you guyz again🥹❤️"

"The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. "

The location is perfect, with its white sand and warm waters we could not have asked for better.The onsite people, Lenny and Agustin were outstanding, very accommodating, helpful, and proactive! The house is exactly as described, and spotlessly clean.We hire the chef Federico’s services and the chefs that cooked for us: Elias & Sacha; we highly recommend. Their menus, the food presentation and their accommodating attitude, and friendliness made our experience very special. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE!The Only! Negative issue was the WiFi. Out of the week of our stayed we had no service for four day and there were several of the guest that needed it to work remotely!"
