Only stayed one night. The room was clean and the property is very nice. The water was turned off at 10 for some reason though.

The location is centrally located. As a solo traveler this was important. I was able to walk every and the beach was a 15m bike ride away. The grounds were very quiet and security at night was an added bonus.

Very nice Boutique Hotel. Conveniently located in the city of Tulum. Bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Would stay there again.

What I liked about this property that the rooms were cozy, modern, very clean and what I loved was Sonia from the front desk was so helpful, knowledgeable about what places to go in Tulum . had a great experience will stay here again!!!

The rooms werenvery nice , we rented bikes and saw the cenotes and ruins which were a 10 min bike ride from the hotel. Front staff was very helpful

We loved our stay here, such a reasonably priced hotel with big spacious room and clean facilities. Just round the corner from all the lovely bars and eateries. Would definitely return!
