"Room was spotless and the ocean view INCOMPARABLE! Comfy bed and linens and a sharp modern washroom area. Small kitchen-y area with a fridge to stash your snacks and drinks. The food at the restaurant was very tasty and priced in line with other places we’ve eaten. Nouria and the rest of the staff were kind and helpful, making us feel very at home. The only shortcoming, in my opinion, was limited seating at each of the two pools. Also—fair warning there is a long drive down a bumpy road with BIG speed bumps that aren’t always marked. Drive SLOWLY."

"The breakfast was delicious and served promptly. The view from our room was spectacular! We woke up to a beautiful sunrise every morning.The hotel’s Roman-style decor is detailed and truly amazing. "

"The breakfast was excellent, pool was great, staff helpful, unfortunately in the 3 days we where there no effort at all to remove any seaweed from the beach and the smell was bad, would have stayed in town and commuted to a public beach "

"Room for improvement- we liked it but 1) coffee maker but no coffee in the room, 2) balcony sliding door didn’t lock, 3) nozzle on faucet missing and faucet loose, 4) wi-fi needed to be reset twice, 5) wooden chair needed felt pads (terrible and unnecessary noise when moving the chair), 6) bathroom area needs wall hooks. Simple fixes would make it soo much better. Otherwise it was a good deal and we LOVED the cenotes, price was included. "

"House and property well maintained and cleaned. The pool pictures were a bit deceiving in that the pool was small and the seating on the deck was limited. Beach unfortunately was taken over by seaweed however Jose did his best to keep the area clean - probably better than most of the surrounding properties. "
