Kids club should make an effort to keep the kids busy and parents free, there are several rules and they call you whenever something is off with the kids, we couldn't enjoy a (well paid) spa moment because we had our phone buzzing. In general the staff is kind, but they approach their rules without context making things more complicated/frustrating than they supposed to be. The app is a disaster."

"Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. Could use pool or beach attendants to avoid people reserving chairs. Cheapens the experience. Invest in big ice cubes for evening cocktails That said, the staff are great. Resort is beautiful. Great location. Food and drink are great. A mix of fun and high end cocktails. Cater very well to allergies. Peaceful, elegant, clean and quiet. Definitely go to this resort as one of the best (if not the best) in Tulum or Mayan Riviera."

"Mi experiencia fue absolutamente perfecta. Desde el primer momento todo superó mis expectativas. El lugar es hermoso, muy bien cuidado y con una atención a los detalles que realmente marca la diferencia. El servicio fue excepcional. Todo el equipo fue increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Me hicieron sentir muy bienvenido durante toda mi estancia. La habitación estaba impecable, muy limpia, cómoda y con todo funcionando perfectamente. El ambiente es tranquilo, acogedor y realmente ideal para descansar y disfrutar. "LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Being steps away from the beach you just cant beat that! The staff at the house were amazing and very helpful in keeping everything clean, including the seaweed off the beach. We did the meal service 2 nights and were a bit underwhelmed with the food quality. But the bartender service was totally worth it. The house its self has some wear and tear I feel like could be updated but overall it was a amazing house, location and time spent. We would definitely come back. "

"This was a last minute trip and I must say I had absolutely a WONDERFUL time and sooooo happy I stayed here! The Staff…EVERYONE was so nice, professional, helpful, kind, sweet, and attentive. I slept very well…the bed was very comfortable. Then Matias…he did a video of me that was soooooo beautiful. I mean…I speechless as I came to do absolutely nothing…which is surprising being I always do activities and take pictures. They let me stay a lil longer for my flight. Arranged my transportation to and from the airport and even off the bay to go to Tulum. I most definitely will come back and thank you guyz again🥹❤️"
