"Loved every thing! Beautiful resort, nice dining options. Great staff! My only complaint is about the actual room: The rooms could use a bit of updating. It would also be nice to have one room with two queen beds. I travel often with my adult son. The options are twin beds or a king bed with a couch bed. The couch bed was terrible, did not open and sub par for such a wonderful resort. Even so, I would go again! Everything else is wonderful. "

"We stayed at COBA and it is outdated, Akumal, Tulum and Adults Only tequila looked much better and updated. Best advice I could give you is upgrade at the property so you can at least use all of the restaurants at Akumal Luxury"

"A week of fun! We were lucky enough to wake up every morning sound of waves from our oceanfront room. Staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating while traveling with our 1 year old. Our room was a bit dated, and could have been cleaner but was fine for us. There was a musty smell, but I feel like this is hard to avoid in such a humid climate. We loved the food and variety of options the resort offered from authentic Mexican dishes to simply meals fit for our picky toddler. I enjoyed spending each morning with a yoga class provided by the wonderful fitness staff and a delicious coffee from the cafe. If you are looking for a smaller, family friendly resort, I recommend!"

"We didn't have access to the hot tub. If there was one on the side we were staying at we definitely would have used it. They staff was friendly and very helpful. Seems like the resort was a little under staffed. Rooms we clean and comfortable "

"Everything super clean. Kids club should make an effort to keep the kids busy and parents free, there are several rules and they call you whenever something is off with the kids, we couldn't enjoy a (well paid) spa moment because we had our phone buzzing. In general the staff is kind, but they approach their rules without context making things more complicated/frustrating than they supposed to be. The app is a disaster."

"Villas de Rosa is a hidden gem. The location is right on a beautiful quiet beach with great snorkeling right in front. The rooms are very spacious with everything you need. The beach bar has great food and amazing staff that make you feel comfortable. We will be back regularly! "

"Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. Could use pool or beach attendants to avoid people reserving chairs. Cheapens the experience. Invest in big ice cubes for evening cocktails That said, the staff are great. Resort is beautiful. Great location. Food and drink are great. A mix of fun and high end cocktails. Cater very well to allergies. Peaceful, elegant, clean and quiet. Definitely go to this resort as one of the best (if not the best) in Tulum or Mayan Riviera."
