"Walking through the front door on our first day we were in awe at the gorgeous view out the sliding glass door, The beautiful pool was right off our bedroom and the beach a few steps away. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the condo outside reading, playing games, and just watching the waves and sunsets. The housekeeper and pool people were wonderful and super friendly. They were very helpful and accomodating. It exceeded our expetations."

The owner was very active in checking on us and taking care of a few small things immediately. Great air conditioning in each bedroom. Wonderful to have a private bath for each bedroom. Comfortable group living area and the large dining table sat our full group of 11 with room for 1 more. Housekeeping and groundskeeping everyday was excellent to have. Gated and manned security 24/7 helped our group feel well looked after. Will stay here again on our next trip to Akumal."

"The house and property is amazing — just as described — beach front with the pool. There was tonnes of space for everyone (9 adults in our group). Kim was amazing with coordinating our holiday and answering any questions while we were there. Ángel, Fabiana and Edgar were always helpful and made the best food during our stay. They made a special meal for my daughter’s birthday with decorations. The weather was great with the only hiccup being the seaweed on the beach but you can’t control Mother Nature . Didn’t stop us from enjoying the kayaks to explore the reefs.This was our first visit to Mexico and would definitely go back without hesitation. "

"Not within walking distance but in the town of Akumal there are shops. This home is beautifully situated in a very private and quiet section of the beach."

"Our host was responsive to questions asked and the onsite staff were fantastic. The house is well kept and spacious. It worked well for our adult family. The beach was beautiful as was the pool. Such and easy vacation. A must have is a meal by Losario and Carolina from Daveed Chef Services. My only suggestion is to make sure there are BBQ lighting items like charcoal, lighter fluid and matches as there is no oven on the premise. "
