"Nice property. The food was average, but better than other all-inclusive resorts I’ve tried. Great service and very friendly staff. The only issue was that they wasted half of our day trying to sell their travel packages. There was one lady on their sales team who was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude when we declined their “promotion package”. "

"Beach view, central location on Half Moon Bay. The pool is always refreshing and not busy. La Lunita Restaurant on site is excellent and there is a new breakfast restaurant directly across the road. We have stayed in several units in this complex and always enjoy it. This is quiet and relaxing and not a party place. "

"We had a group of 16 guys stay at this property in Akumal and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff and logistics were a big part of what made the trip so seamless and enjoyable.Edwin was our main chef for the weekend, along with an assistant. They did a fantastic job preparing meals for our large group and clearly understood how to cook for 16 hungry men. The fridge was always stocked, and the supply of Gatorades was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch.We coordinated the food and groceries through Antonio, who runs the chef service. He was professional and easy to work with—he purchased all the groceries (including beer), provided receipts, and didn’t charge any markup. It was incredibly convenient.Rocio was our main point of contact on-site. She was responsive throughout the weekend via WhatsApp, helping us communicate with the chef team and troubleshoot anything that came up. She made everything easy and straightforward, and our full cash deposit was returned without issue.Felipe is the senior property manager. While we didn’t meet him in person, he played a big role in coordinating things leading up to the trip, and everything was well-organized when we arrived.The security guard at the property was friendly and stayed outside for the duration. Highly Recommend!"

"This condo was beautiful with a clean boho vibe. Augustin at the front desk was super helpful with local information, bike and golf cart rental and booking a turtle tour with a guide that took just my family of four out. The area felt super safe and we were comfortable walking to some local restaurants and shops. We ate at Buena Vida and Jungle Cafe several times each and both were delicious. Each was about a Three minute walk away. We snorkled right off the beach and saw a huge variety of fish. The was some seaweed but it didn’t ruin it. We took the golf cart to Yal-Ku and saw even more fish. We rode it to the other end and ate at La Cueva del Pescador. This meal was also delicious and best bang for your buck! Just over $50 for four lunches, guac, two sodas, a beer and a margarita. My very favorite part though was the balcony overlooking the Caribbean! The property is so close to the water line that the sea is right there with the breeze and sound of the waves. We started and ended every day in the most relaxing spot. We even watched sting rays swimming past. If you are not sure about booking I’d say go for it and use the concierge service to book your transfer to and from the airport. "

"The condo was beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked! Our baby loved the foot bath as a splash pad. But the people of the complex really made our stay special! Not mentioned in the listing but there is also an incredible restaurant attached to the condo and a coffee shop across the street. Great location! "
