"We had a group of 16 guys stay at this property in Akumal and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff and logistics were a big part of what made the trip so seamless and enjoyable.Edwin was our main chef for the weekend, along with an assistant. They did a fantastic job preparing meals for our large group and clearly understood how to cook for 16 hungry men. The fridge was always stocked, and the supply of Gatorades was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch.We coordinated the food and groceries through Antonio, who runs the chef service. He was professional and easy to work with—he purchased all the groceries (including beer), provided receipts, and didn’t charge any markup. It was incredibly convenient.Rocio was our main point of contact on-site. She was responsive throughout the weekend via WhatsApp, helping us communicate with the chef team and troubleshoot anything that came up. She made everything easy and straightforward, and our full cash deposit was returned without issue.Felipe is the senior property manager. While we didn’t meet him in person, he played a big role in coordinating things leading up to the trip, and everything was well-organized when we arrived.The security guard at the property was friendly and stayed outside for the duration. Highly Recommend!"

"Just a long weekend for relaxing on the beach, snorkeling, eating delicious food, and taking some walks. The location on Half Moon Bay is perfect for easy access to the snorkeling in the bay where we say sting ray, cuttlefish, skate, turtles, and tens of thousands of colorful fish in and around the reef. Seaweed was a bit gross along the water edge, but no smell because of how they treat it. La Lunita restaurant, located at our building, was delightful and delicious. Everyone is so friendly. Owner communication was fantastic and accurate. We will be back again!"

"We stayed in this house with 2 other families for spring break. The house was perfect for us. It was big enough that we never felt like we were on top of each other and we all had plenty of our own space. The house is located in a neighborhood where we could walk to several shops and restaurants. We hired Chef Daveed services and Samuel and Gabby took care of us all week. I can’t recommend them enough! Only downside for us was the beach is very rocky so it’s not a space where the kids could play football, etc. Once you get out into the water past the rockiness there is an incredible reef to snorkel. We absolutely loved this house! "
