"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was hot and humid but our local manager really took good care of us. There was a huge amount of seaweed so our manager moved us up the coast a few blocks where there was no seaweed. He took care of our rental and everything."

"Beautiful property, just like the photos, fantastic views. Gina was helpful and responded to all our questions. Property was cleaned every day which was a nice bonus. Pity about the sargussum but this is global warming. Restaurants easily walkable to great place to chill."

"Cute apartment, clean, good location, quiet at night except for the lovely sounds of the ocean. We loved the balcony and the pool. Mini super across the street is convenient. House staff was super friendly and helpful. The elevator is a bit slow but we saw that as an opportunity to take the stairs all week for some extra steps (it’s on the fourth floor). We were able to find a parking spot at all times. "

"Condo had everything I needed to cook & all in working order, even forced exersize being on the 4th floor ,with beautiful morning sunrises & nice breezes through out. I had a hard time as a senior seeing where the steps in condo changed as the tile is all the same- Suggest a stripe of black/ brown at edge of steps. Also would be great to have a lounger bed/ chair out at right side of deck to relax. Bed was very comfy. Great location walkable to everything in Halfmoon bay. Weather was perfect to keep sargasum at low. Great simple snorkeling area. Wear water shoes/ boots. All information was emailed to me before trip which made it better. Great staff. Most spoke good English. As a lone traveler I felt very safe. Quiet area. Nice restaurant on main floor. I was there a week mid March. I hope to come back."

"Loved our stay here. Exactly as pictured and described. The beach was beautiful. There is snorkeling directly from the beach. Do bring water shoes and your own snorkel gear, though the unit has a basket of mismatched gear available. This a small condo building with about 8 units. There were always ample beach chairs available. There are a couple restaurants within a quarter mile to the north, and the town proper with a large number of restaurants about a mile to the south. We walked, but golf cart and bike rentals were available as well. Our driver did have some trouble finding the place; it does not seem to have a fixed address. "
