"Great glamping experience! Spacious and comfortable tent. Personal bathroom with shower. Great shared kitchen with small breakfast included. Lots of drinkable water included. Staff were very nice. Only one of the bikes in working condition and the rest were in desperate need of repair. Make sure to bring bug repellant. The pool was not as advertised, but fine. There is a great cenote and cave nearby to enjoy. "

"This is easily one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel. The owners and staff are the kindest people and made our stay one of the most memorable and special trips for our family. We can’t recommend going here enough! We will be back. Quiet, Clean, adventures in nature, bike trails, food and yoga were all amazing! "

"This was our fourth or fifth stay at this resort. Since our previous visit was over ten years ago, we expected some post-Covid decline in service and quality, as has been common across many mid-range resorts. We were pleasantly surprised that Bahia Principe in Riviera Maya has largely avoided this. The food remains plentiful and just as good as it was 15 years ago, and the staff is as friendly as ever.
Beyond the human factor, the location is excellent, with easy access to nearby ruins in Tulum and worthwhile trips to Cobá and Chichén Itzá.
Three people in particular made our stay even better. Nathaneal upgraded us to a lovely renovated room. Rosaura and Leidy stood out among an already strong buffet restaurant team for their attentiveness — from remembering our usual order to noticing when my wife missed dinner one evening and asking after her when I arrived alone (she was unwell). These gestures are small, but kind, and they add a welcome human touch to an otherwise fleeting guest–staff relationship."
Bahia Principe Grand Tequila - Adults Only All Inclusive - Opening Dec 2025
10/10 Excellent
"The staff here are amazing! So friendly and accommodating. The resort itself is beautiful, with 4 hotels on site you have several options for dining, pools, and whatever else. A very lively nightlife, we never had to look hard for live music or entertainment! Will definitely be coming back next year. 10/10"
"Great, spacious, clean, friendly place to stay. The beach had sargasso, like all the beaches on that area during that time. We had the chance of seeing the turtles come to the sand to laid there eggs. It was amazing. "
"GRAND OASIS… honest review here it goes grand oasis is a really nice all inclusive hotel decent food options even for picky eaters this is a good spot to go everything is decently sized not to far not to close and a bunch of pools so no one bothers you it’s like your in your own little oasis for real.
