"This is easily one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel. The owners and staff are the kindest people and made our stay one of the most memorable and special trips for our family. We can’t recommend going here enough! We will be back. Quiet, Clean, adventures in nature, bike trails, food and yoga were all amazing! "

"Los domos son muy bonitos para fotografías, pero la realidad es que están muy descuidados. La chapa de la puerta está floja y cuesta trabajo cerrarla, los mosquiteros no están bien sellados, las llaves de la regadera no funcionan bien, había focos fundidos y que parpadeaban constantemente (no relacionado a la alimentación de luz solar, porque otros focos no parpadeaban). El hecho de que no hagan limpieza todos los días hace que la cantidad de bichitos sea muchísimo mayor que en otros glampings...

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach house! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and cared for. Edwin, who maintains the property, went above and beyond to assist us—helping with luggage and ensuring everything was perfect. His helpfulness and friendly attitude truly added to our experience.The house itself was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making it incredibly romantic and cozy for the two of us. Stepping out the back sliding glass door, we were greeted with an breathtaking ocean view—simply stunning. The property features a good-sized pool, a charming palapa with hammocks, and the option for a private couples massage with the ocean as your backdrop, all of which made our stay just perfect.We also felt completely safe throughout our visit. The full-sized kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and Edwin was quick to respond when we requested a grill, which was spotless and ready for use.While the dirt road to the house was a bit rough, and the seaweed season was challenging, those were minor inconveniences and in no way detracted from the overall experience. We absolutely loved this property and would be thrilled to return for a longer stay. Thank you for creating such a memorable and idyllic getaway!"

"We had a wonderful time at Casa Tortuga! Perfect location and space for our 10 guests ranging from ages 15-45. Samuel and Marisola are angels from heaven that made our stay very memorable and special!! We celebrated my daughter’s birthday and had great family connection time. Every meal was delicious and the housekeeping made it a very relaxing trip!There are many nearby Cenotes and ruins that are worth visiting.We will definitely come back but not in sargasso season! "
"This was one of the best vacations we have been on. The house was stunning, clean, decor was beautiful and architecture was incredible. The chef was AMAZING!!! Food was delicious and the presentation was stunning. Every staff member was so delightful and kind. I seriously can't say enough about this house. We took our 3 adult children and they brought 3 friends, so it was 8 of us and everyone loved it! "

"Furniture was falling apart (dining chair) and broke upon sitting down. Was wobbly and could tell it was repaired using a nail that wasn’t meant for that chair.
Communication was horrible, check in was a disaster, nobody knew what was going on and couldn’t find our booking. The property itself was beautiful, pools were nice , although not kept up with cleaning, especially the one nearest to the beach. Tons of dirt and dead bugs in the pool. Nice enough, but given everything else, I wouldn’t stay here again. "
