The staff were extremely helpful, shout out to our breakfast server who was fantastic. You can rent bikes right at the hotel and they have a big parking lot as well. The grounds and rooftop pool are gorgeous. Highly recommend

Unfortunately, a terrible experience from the beginning... Prior to even arriving to the hotel, I (nor expedia themselves) could get ahold of the hotel.... (they advertise airport shuttle can be arranged which was the reason I wanted to get ahold of them and to confirm my reservation as well) but they have no correct form of contact on their website, instagram, or expedia page. Tbh I don't even understand how Expedia can sponsor a hotel they do not have a proper phone number or email of.... THEN Once arrived (using last minute taxi service instead) our first night involved the bathroom flooding as the shower drain was clogged.... the whole bathroom floor almost all the way to the entrance door was soaked just from taking a shower..... The poor front desk clerk had to be the one to come up and unclog it himself (why they didnt just switch our rooms I don't know..) Lastly, the "provided breakfast" was eggs, fruit, untoasted bread, coffee, juice - that was IT. It was such a shame as the hotel looks far better than what the nature of its hospitality would suggest....

Easy check in and a good rate. The hot water wasn’t working, though. I showered at the hostel nearby. Rooms were nice and safe and clean and smelled good.
The rooftop pool and bar. Basically empty 90% of the time.

It’s a good hotel but to me the bed was too soft. There is no coffee maker in the room making a little challenge for me. Otherwise the staffs on roof top restaurant were very nice and helpful. The pool on the roof top is good too.

Wonderful Oasis in the jungle

Amazing apartment with separate lounge/kitchen. Great bedrooms and comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. The pool area/restaurant is stunning.
