"Small boutique hotel, with daily yoga. Staff were Brilliantly wonderful!! However someone entered our room while we slept. Both my daughter and I had noise cancellation headphones on and didn’t hear the door open but have proof. Mistakes happen. This cute little boutique hotel has a lot of great activities if you’re into yoga. "

"Let’s starts with Sebastian, best bartender around. Carried a conversation with us for two days straight about Playa. Served up awesome cocktails and by far the best asset to this resort. Find him to be your bartender. Rooms were very nice beds comfy. If you have the standard room, you want to be in room 410-422 for a surprise! Wish Off the Hook was open to try but next time! Food was fantastic for what we had time for.. Mexican restaurant was decent but make sure you get to the Italian restaurant, Wow was our food amazing there! Pool was nice, but the food hideout is at the beach bar! Check it out! "

"The hotel is fantastic. Staff were great, my room was awesome, many things are only steps away, however, that’s one downside. There were a couple nightclubs very very close by that insisted on playing LOUD music until 4am on occasions. Overall I was very happy with the hotel, I would just be cautious which room you have and which direction it faces, and make sure to bring ear plugs. "

Most amazing, enjoyable experience!

"From the moment we arrived we received excellent service. All of the staff including the Amstar, taxis and Xcaret staff that they work with were incredibly attentive and made sure everything they helped us plan was executed perfectly. The kosher food is very delicious. The room was clean and spacious. There are multiple kosher restaurants within walking distance, as well as hundreds of shops. It is a very safe area for walking. The hotel helped us with transportation and tickets to the parks. When we arrived at the park, there was someone there to greet us and walk us through the entrance to receive all necessary wrist bands, helmets, instructions, etc. Our driver was outside waiting for us to take us back after as well. We can’t wait to go again next year!!"

"The property was great and the receptionist was a big help because there was a mix up with our room. So She managed to get us room that would accommodate my family and I. And the icing on the cake was not only was the room really nice but she move to a room with an awesome view. Great time "
