"This is a wonderful hotel for us. As seniors the size is great. The food and staff are amazing.. We have been coming here for 21 years. The only thing that could be improved for us is the access to the pool. The ladder situation for anyone with even slight disabilities is difficult."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a really great experience overall. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One thing I really appreciated was the attention to detail fresh linens, a tidy bathroom, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around and explore nearby spots."

"The King Bed room was spacious, with plenty of closet/drawer/hooks/surfaces/below-surface space to unpack and store our luggage. Modern and clean, with reliable hot water and a nice shower. Brand new building, very conveniently located a few blocks away from Quinta Ave action, yet quiet. Has a safe in unit and included parking. Very comfortable for 2 people. The included breakfast was good (cereals, toasts, pastries, eggs, veggies, frijoles, yogourt/granola bar, fresh juices, chilaquiles fixings), and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Extremely good value for the price, and way higher quality than most Holiday Inns I have been to in Canada and the U.S. I would absolutely recommend!"

"Very nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Good housekeeping. Hotel needs maintenance. A restaurant would be nice. Noise level from pool was excessive, at times forcing us out of the hotel. Lighting in rooms is poor. It is not possible to read on the sofa in the evening."

"The staff were very helpful. I was disappointed that I couldn’t go into the ocean water due to the beach had protectors to prevent seaweed and water erosion. The breakfast was offered for a fee and was very good. There was not a restaurant on the hotel premises. Playa Del Carmen did have many restaurants within walking distance but the ones I visited were very expensive, spending at least $70 on meals and drinks for myself per night meal. Many shopping stores nearby. The hotel is very unique and beautifully designed with plants and the architecture was cool. Bed & pillows very comfortable, great AC, beautiful pool."

"Convient location. We had the 2 bedroom suite with each their own bathroom. There is not enough hot water to fill the in room jacuzzi.Can slightly hear CocoBongo from 5th Ave. You can hear the hotel room doors slamming often, and guests heckling on their balconies or down the halls. On seperate ends there are 3 pools on the roof 1 hot tub and cooler jetted tub. As well as loungers, cabanas seats and tables. Bar service on the one side. New Construction across the street that blocks the roof top view of the ocean Added extra $for breakfast. Very small limited menu. Hotcakes, eggs on a baguette, cereal with milk, scrambled eggs... small portions"
