"The entertainment at the hotel is extremely loud every night even with earplugs it doesn't help!! Free breakfast included is very limited to what you can actually have, the pool is very small and the hotel rooms are run down. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful though."

"This is an excellent hotel. It is quite new with spacious rooms and good amenities. It is in a quiet area but close to 5th Avenue, the beach and many restaurants. The staff are exceptional. I will certainly stay again when in Playa."

"The staff were lovely and a huge thank you to the your maids who had to clean up our messes every other day! The pool was also nice, but would have nice to know that the jacuzzi wasn’t actually hot and was pool temp water. The hotel room was decent but not the best, the shower head wasn’t working and then by the end of our stay the toilet seat was coming loose, but they fixed the shower head right away which was very nice. I love the staff at this hotel though, everyone was so kind and helpful. "

"Good location, steps from the famed 5th Avenue. The suite I had was clean and spacious but lacked character, art. The only common space is the rooftop pool area and bar which is nice, friendly staff. But there was rarely anyone in the rooftop pool area. Bummer. "
