"I checked in just before 3pm (check in). It was about 2:45p. I was sent up to my room but it was still being cleaned. We didn't get into our room until 3:30p. Since we got there a bit early we ended up waiting over 45 minutes for the room be ready. They could have said it wasn't ready and we we would ..."
