Our group of 10 really enjoyed the food and drinks. The amount of choices were fewer than some of my past resort experiences but the resort size was as well. Pools were not overly crowded. Adult pool was good. Would be better if they allowed music and would have more than one man behind the bar

Clean hotel. One of our rooms had black mould in the Bathroom. it was good for the price we paid but definitely had some issues. Bartenders where great. food was good for the price. Al a carts weren't the best. Don't eat the lasagna at the Italian ala cart lol. other than the mould super clean. Great restaurants in the area.

Occidental was just okay. The staff gets the highest rating. They seemed to be understaffed but the staff worked very hard and were friendly. You have to wait in line for a couple minutes to get into the buffet. The buffet was pretty basically and the same for the four days we were there. You have to wait until 11 a.m for the bars to open. the entertainment by the main pool was good

Staff and room were very good, great indeed. We missed the hotel having a sauna and a rec room Snack bar had old food many times Lunch and diner had some old food some times as well No fruits for dessert on diner No jelly nor warm milk for breakfast Poor, very poor bread options on breakfast while you offer a lot of options on diner and lunch, this just does not make sense We had a horrible experience at the italian restaurant, terrible service I hope you improve because I would certainly stay there again

The rooms were in okay condition, they were outdated and the a/c was pretty noisy . The staff were very accommodating for the most part, except for the breakfast staff , a few of them were rude for no absolute reason. The amenities were okay, but the views were very beautiful! This hotel is a ice hotel beach front. Comfortable beds . Room is clean. The only negative i can say is the food from breakfast to dinner not as good as the occidental cancun one. But their seafood resto is the best.

A bit rundown. Although exterior seems well maintained our room was very basic and badly needed an update especially the bathroom. Staff are mostly friendly and helpful but front desk is understaffed and can be less than friendly at times. The check-in process is overly bureaucratic and time consuming and there is a constant stream of people needing to have their magnetic-card room keys reprogrammed as they quit working after a day or two.
