First room had water issues in the floor ie water came up thru flooring when you walked on it. Next room had an unbearable smell of paint fumes. Final room was good - taps leaked. Smell of steak house food fires oven was heavy. Do not recommend for anyone with any allergies.

Room was spotless, very friendly staff, didn’t give 5 stars just cause the rooms are not soundproof and I was watching tv and it bothered the person next to my room and that person started banging on my door, it felt awkward.

Good price. Great food. Amazing customer service for most of employees. Very clean room Rigo from Azul restaurant and Julio from candy store provided an excellent customer service. The only problem was when we bought the Super Bowl package from a male waitress in restaurant Ventanas. He offered us many benefits like a special dinner and drinks and they were not true. Also,the person in charge of the gym is rude and intrusive he doesn’t allow you to exercise by yourself.
