First of all, I didn't get the room a reserved, second some of the staff was not friendly at all, I had a situation with this bartender at the pool bar his name was Paul he was ignoring us the whole time and no he was not busy my daughter had to ask him if he was going to take our order, he was in a mood throwing things inside the blender very disrespectful, also at the buffet they take forever to take your drinks there was two occasions when they brought our drinks when we were already done with our meal but i have to say that Oswaldo and Jimmi were super attentive and helpful. Staff need to be more friendly also food was 5/10 honestly I was expecting better when I booked this hotel

Cannot do reservations for restaurants every day. They charge for room service and they made me go down to the bar for my own beer for the mini fridge. It’s by far the smallest resort I’ve ever stayed at.

This was our first time staying at sunscape, unfortunately I was not much satisfied as it is mentioned online when booking that it is kids friendly and have kids activities but no activity for children besides 2 pools and 2 water slides. They have total 5 restaurants on the resort and only 2 out of 3 restaurants have food quality. Overall it was my first experience and not the best one..
