"Beautiful grounds. Huge property! Lots of activities for kids and a separate splash park. The wildlife is amazing. We loved watching the monkeys. There are several pools that are huge, beautiful, and well maintained. We thought the property was a great value. The buffets had a large variety and the food was good. I knocked off one star because the check in process was loooong and it was nearly impossible to get dinner reservations at the speciality restaurants. You had to go to the lobby at 7am to book 2 days in advance. These little blips would not stop me from staying there again. We had a great time. 4 adults. 2 rooms. This was a family trip with our adult children."

"We had a great experience staying at the hotel. The rooms and the hotel grounds were clean, the choice and quality of food and drinks excellent. My only sugesstion for the improvement is the prompt removal of the sargasum from the beach. The stuff was wonderful; Especially the beach waiter Enrique and entertainment Emanuel and Joe."

"The rooms are beautiful and the property is extraordinary. Great food and helpful staff throughout the property. You will be lost on the property the first few days. We found we didn’t need to put our request list in for restaurants and walked in regardless but came at a slower time. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of is not being able to see menus before booking/going into the restaurants.. leading to being in a place we had two people out of three not having any food choices and we had to walk away. We will be returning and recommend it to anyone who it fits within their budget. "

"Wonderful property, great location to downtown Playa del Carmen, vast assortment of foods all with excellent quality. In room full size bar...staff that is quick, helpful and always smiling! Lovely evening shows!! Bravo!! Especially for the price in comparison to other properties next door. Only downfall was, we wished the ac got cooler...it said 18c (65f) but felt more like 72f Definitely will revisit!"

"Loved the beautiful entry at check-in, loved the jungle with animals, loved the cleanliness of the pools and chairs, loved the well kept up beach. Food was delicious and on point. Entertainment was fantastic."

"The only wellness resort I've ever been to but it was amazing and relaxing. The staff was AMAZING. The scenery and rooms was absolutely beautiful as well as the amenities. The only downfall for me was i got food poisoning on the last day of my trip. 24 hours of diarrhea and vomiting. The staff insisted it was because the fermented foods but i assured them kimchi was not new to my diet nor plant based foods. I was offered a ride to the pharmacy to purchase a small bottle of pepto for $20. Besides that inconvenience the trip was great. "
