"This is our third time in Iberostar Tucan, this time we spent 6 wonderful days at the resort. The food is clean and delicious. The staff is kind, knowledgeable and always helpful; they always wear their uniform but we were wondering whether they could use short sleeves as the weather is really really hot. Paco and their team at Star camp were all friendly and took good care of the kids. My daughter (11) quickly made friends there. The travel agency W2M was perfect for our vacation tour to ruins/turtles/cenote. **The only warning is that people should be careful with heat lamps at the buffet; wife had a small accident and burned hand with one of those lamps. However, the whole experience was wonderful and we can't wait to come back again. "

"Check in was the worst part almost 2 hrs & maybe 4 couples in front of us. No refreshments at check in. Other than that it was amazing!!!!! Would definitely go again. If I can be notified of deals I would make it my next destination!"

"The room and the staff were superb! The lower rate room we got, was backed up to an unknown property that had many dogs that barked through the day. Sounded like a dog fighting ring mid afternoon. Otherwise everything was great"

The kids club was great so we could have a little free time for the two of us. We liked it so much there that we will be booking our wedding there."
