"I was able to use room service the first night, but then was told that they are no longer offering it. Also, too many bugs. I had bites all over me, very unpleasant. They badgered me to try and get an elite membership, that took away from my experience!"

"There are better Riu's, this one needs updated towels and the smell of them were musty. The place is beautiful from the outside. Also the Taxi service they keep on the grounds are expensive and if you use other service like IDrive app which is so much cheaper, you have to wait for a QR code the IDriver ..."
