"I had a fantastic time at this resort! The beach and pools were absolutely amazing, and the food overall was great. I’m a bit of a picky eater, so a couple of the restaurants weren’t totally my favorite, but they were still very good. I loved the activities they had to offer and the option to visit other nearby RIU resorts, which was such a nice bonus. The rooms were great, and the staff were incredibly fast, attentive, and always went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this resort and can’t wait to go back again!"

"This resort is quite small but it doesn’t feel small because there’s always something to do. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, especially the days they had papaya. Everything was clean for the most part. I saw the staff cleaning the walkways early mornings. The only thing that didn’t seem too clean was the coffee area in the breakfast/dining hall. I saw a couple of small roaches or insects that looked like roaches in that area. It didn’t turn me off from getting coffee but something to note. "

"We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful house in Playa del Carmen with our extended family of 14, including a 6-month-old baby. The house was exactly as described—spacious, very comfortable, and well-furnished, making it feel like a home away from home.The game room was a huge hit with both the kids and adults—plenty of games and space to relax and have fun together.The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which we enjoyed every day. It made beach outings easy and spontaneous, especially with the little ones.A special thanks to Mauricio, our concierge, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and always accommodating to our needs. Whether it was answering questions or arranging logistics, he made everything smooth and stress-free.Also, the cleaning ladies did a fantastic job—friendly, thorough, and very respectful of our schedule and space.We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come back. Highly recommended for large family groups looking for a relaxing and well-equipped place near the beach!"
