Everything was perfect!! Super close to the Xcaret parks. The rooms are super big!! They give us close rooms, we are a family of 10. Delicious breakfast with different options every day. Personnel was super attentive and respectful. The only comment is the showers, I’m not sure if it is the design but every time my kids shower we had a puddle in the floor.

Very nice rooms with kitchens that are meticulously cleaned every day without having to ask, the best breakfast buffet of any hotel in this class that I’ve stayed in and free airport shuttle all at a very competitive price. Downside is it is located a taxi ride away from beaches and shopping if those are of interest.

Bare bones place. Only stayed here cuz I need a place to crash for the night after a late flight. The best thing was they offered a free shuttle ride from the airport, which is well worth the price of the stay! Simple hotel that just does the job.

Hotel was mid. Clean room, kitchen useful, breakfast was good and really enjoyable, there was a breakfast staff in think named Veronica so kind and helpful i hope they pay her well she was the best thing of the hotel. She anyways had a straw ready for our baby. Pool was very small. The gym was extremely small nothing to do with the pictures they presented i think they take all their pictures in panoramic view because everything is small. Beware of mts staff that sits there they don't have good deals they wanted to charge us $80 USD for 15min ride taxi and coming back figure it out. Their packages are no good Overall basic hotel for basic needs no real complaints I've just seen better hotels

Amazing stay, beautiful rooftop pool , perfect and safe car parking. Front desk staff super helpful and Very polite. Chose this hotel because of its easy access by car. 10 minutes drive from Playa Fundadores, where the main action is. Perfect Hotel if you rent a car and explore By yourself the Mayan region. The Rooms are big and beautiful, we had a beautiful view on the golf course.

Nice hotel, clean and good breakfast with a pretty view on the rooftop. Wish they provided water in the rooms or had ample service to water since sometimes they ran out of bottle water that you can buy.
