"Everything was amazing!! "

"We spent 3 nights at this hotel. It was wonderful. It’s a smaller hotel compared to other we have been to before. Traveled with 12 and 6 yo. They have water slides, kids care, kids activities and entertainment. We didn’t try any of the morning activities such as yoga but they do have a daily schedule😁 Food was amazing, really great options, alcoholic drinks were great . We didn’t try all the restaurants but buffet had plenty of choices for us. Gym is big enough for your daily workouts. I want to stay again next time!"

"Hermosa aventura de año nuevo en Cancun bay resort ALL INCLUSIVE El alojamiento y los servicios del hotel fueron perfectos, fue una experiencia All inclusive excelente. La fiesta de Año Nuevo fue genial, con show de musica mexicana, baile y DJ. La habitacion con vista al mar super comfortable, y la calidad abundancia y variedad de comidas de los diferentes sectores de comida y restaurante buffet fueron excelentes. Las piletas son espectaculares, tiene una interna y 3 externas. Grandes actividades de animación durante todo el día, muy divertidas y bien conducidas por Drisdey, Alicia y el Dj Iván. Recomendamos este hotel por calidad costo/beneficio y seguramente volveremos. Gracias a todo el team del Cancun bay resort!!!! Agradecimiento especial a los mozos Miguel del buffet restaurante Faisan, a Saul y Javier de la Piña, que nos mantuvieron hidratados con prosecco todo el día."

"Breakfast area had enough food . Place was at full capacity and maybe they needed more people working because the wait was very long to get eggs . The restaurant by the pool also needed more people because every time you had to get food you had to wait for at least 30 minutes. The place is beautiful they just need to get more people to help especially when they know it’s at full capacity. Also the wait for the restaurants at night was really long . Again I think it’s because they didn’t have enough people working ."
