Shower ok, bed comfortable but the whole room itself very poor, no mirrors, towels and bed sheets very old, breakfast to cry, but good location, staff ok, great pool, the place is pretty, just those little details if fixed will be a great place to stay!

I have stayed here several times the last few years. because it is very convenient. Clean, modern, great pool, staff are very plesant. I will stay here again when in need to. My only constant disappointment is the food. It won't make you sick but nothing is tasty or thoughtful. Honestly, the kitchen has no training or interest in food preperation.

This hotel has false advertising, rooms are very dirty, sheets were smelly and people's hair were all over the bed, I asked for clean ones and they didn't had none... Bathroom was nasty, dirty and smelly. If you are looking for a decent clean place this is not it please trust me on this one.

The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. This isn’t a big hotel or resort. It's an inn...kind of like a bed and breakfast. The restaurant had limited, very basic options, the towel changes happen every 2/3 days only...overall the photos are accurate, just pay attention to what's in each room based on what you need. Taxis are easy to get to and from here so that's good too.

Pros: The rooms were spacious, and each had its own bathroom. The in-suite pool was very convenient and enjoyable for the kids. Cons: The kitchen was not well stocked, there were not enough utensils, blankets, or towels, so consider bringing your own. Our room had been cleaned, but there was a very strong dirty mop smell that was extremely unpleasant. Breakfast was included, which was a plus, however, the selection was very limited and food ran out quickly. At checkout, we were charged an additional fee due to an alleged staff error during check-in. It was unclear whether this charge was legitimate, which felt concerning. The staff was not rude, but they were not particularly friendly either. Overall, it was an acceptable stay for the price, and the location was convenient due to its proximity to nearby parks.

Very close to Xcaret park very affordable and accessible location Renting a car would be very useful to move around the town and to the different tourist attractions Very spacious rooms bedroom is upstairs.

Friendly staff. Love the property decorations and garden and the best for us is that if are 5 in your family they can stay all together in the same room (they're big!!) Breakfast is good. Easy Check in and check out. If you need to message the hotel they will answer and help you. We'll be back and of course we recommend.

We stayed at Casa Kaoba for 3 nights while in Playa del Carmen. I was pretty impressed. The hotel is beautiful and clean. we stayed in one of their larger rooms with a kitchen and patio on the first floor. Beautiful and spacious. The pool is huge, and their Pool hours are great. I would only suggest they invest in better mattresses, but otherwise for the price, I definitely recommend. It would also be nice to have more breakfast options. Will definitely return.
