Overall clean room for Mexican standards, missing some amenities for the kitchen like dishwashing soap & sponge. Hot water on & off throughout the stay, but they accommodated us by proposing another room for our hot showers, inconvenience to step out of the room each time. Well situated near a great gym, restaurants, beach & 5th avenue. Big room great for a family of 3 or 4. Breakfast & restaurant staff very friendly.

Visiting with hotel for a third time. Just love it ! The staff is very caring, paying attention to every little detail! The rooms are modern and spotless! There was construction in the street until late at night - later than 10 PM. We didn’t have hot water to shower. The room was only equppiedcwith a large knife - no other utensils. No complimentary coffee in the room- only a maker. Positive: The location is good they have parking.

Great location near shopping and restaurants. Roof top pool was fun and good pool bar. We arrived Friday where they had a roof top party from 8pm-1am which we didn’t go since we were exhausted but noise wasn’t bothering us. Only stayed for 1 night and it was a great experience.

Quiet but close two blocks from 38th street, nicest street in all of Playa. Great friendly service. Very large and comfortable apartment. Looks like photos. Seven minute walk to beach.

This was our second time staying here because our first was so pleasant. We loved the staff, large clean and quiet rooms. We find the location really convenient and still just enough removed from the loud areas of 5th Ave. We will continue to go back here again and again. No reason to look for a different hotel.

Very clean and great location. Staff was superb and bed was comfy. we enjoyed afternoons in the pool before getting ready for dinner and a stroll on 5th. Negative- the generator needa to be vented. Fumes come up from the basement/parking garage. We wouod definitely stay here again!

I've stayed at this wonderful hotel a few times now, and it never disappoints. The front desk staff is always amazing and incredibly helpful. The suites are clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs. One of the highlights is the rooftop pool—it’s absolutely lovely and offers stunning views of the city, including a partial view of the ocean. The location is also perfect—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and shops, only a block away from 5th Avenue. Highly recommended!
