The room we had was very basic. A bed, a desk, two night stands, tv, luggage stand, armour with a safe. The bath room was clean with a couple towels and basic toiletries. The a/c worked well and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful. They only provide housekeeping every other day.

Overall clean room for Mexican standards, missing some amenities for the kitchen like dishwashing soap & sponge. Hot water on & off throughout the stay, but they accommodated us by proposing another room for our hot showers, inconvenience to step out of the room each time. Staff was great! Room was large but cleanliness was a big disappointment. Towels had red/brown spots, grey from washing, some ripped and some tiny. Additionally, the shower head was extremely dirty and rusty. Water pressure was terrible and temperatures kept shifting. Location was ok but not the best. I would recommend for someone on a budget, but I myself would not return there.

The room was beautiful, Lorenzo the cleaner was awesome. Front desk Service was not great. Charged me extra when my mom visited, even though the grand junior suite was for 4 people. The pool bar was often not attended. Three days they were using jackhammers in the hotel and didn’t notify us. When we checked out, they didn’t even ask me how my experience was. Customer service was not great, especially for an expensive boutique hotel.
