This is a perfect location in Playa del Carmen! You can walk everywhere easily. The staff here is excellent and very accommodating. I've stayed here more than once. The room amenities are superior to any.

Loved my stay here, will definitely be back. All the staff were lovely, and the place was in a great location - so close to everything. No restaurant / bar on site - but tons around. The mosquito covers on windows and things are a little worn - definitely bring mosquito spray!

Very nice setting with lots of trees, balcony was nice and comfy, room was very clean, beds were somewhat comfortable (personal taste) I rather have a more softer mattress the bathroom and bedroom were bigger than most hotels and pool was very clean. The staff was friendly and cordial the front desk recommend a good and affordable tour company that took us to Chichen Itza and isla mujeres. There’s no restaurant onsite but with all the food establishments in the area I’m not sure it’s needed, however, I believe a small cafeteria would benefit the hotel specially for the morning cup of joe or a night cap! Overall this boutique hotel has a very good service, helpful and friendly personnel 👍👍👍👍

The property was amazing you get a whole two bedroom small apartment all to yourself amazing view 8min walk to the beach and right on 5th street live music food shopping perfect location lots early morning runners and pet owners loved the property!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. This is my second year in a row staying here and I can't say enough good things. We stayed in the Garden Suite Bungalow which was clean, spacious, and wonderful. The pool was always well maintained and they were always cleaning to keep things looking great. Staff was wonderful once again. The housekeeping kept making us these cute towel animals that just felt like such a nice touch. Right off of 5th avenue, everything you need is walking distance. I love it there and can't wait to book with them again!
