"The swim out room was amazing, the housekeeping was beyond amazing! We were the romance package and felt treated a little less then because we weren’t the serenity package. Despite paying good amount of money. The romance dinner was not good and needs revamping. I do highly recommend the resort despite some communication and treatment issues. The bar staff, buffet staff and the restaurant staff were amazing. Highly recommend the Asian fusion restaurant hands down the best restaurant. Frank at the spa, mescal and the swim up circle bar and lobby bar staff was incredible. "

"Staff all nice, friendly, helpful. Room is clean, nice pool view with cool mini bar. beach towel ,parasol. The property is old, the windows aren't sealed tightly; the sea breeze kept them rattling all night long. But at this price, there's nothing to complain about."

"This was a great hotel to stay at in Cancun if you plan to do activities and won’t be spending much time at the hotel or also a great option to stay a night or two for a quick stop in Cancun. The room was big and roomy with a living room area, kitchen, vanity area, and big restroom with good water pressure. This hotel definitely does not give you a resort vibe, but is very comfortable as far as the room. What I do wish this hotel had is a better convenience store with more variety as there isn’t any local stores walking distance. We needed a couple essentials and some snacks and we didn’t want to pay Uber round-trip so we ended up getting Uber eats for a Oxxo order which was the easiest option. I also wish this hotel had a better restaurant with more variety and better quality food. We dined at the restaurant the first night and everything on the menu was cafeteria quality with very few options to pick from. They didn’t even have coffee. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. "

"Beautiful modern new hotel close to Cancun Airport. The shuttle was complementary and driver very helpful. Dinner at the on site restaurant was delicious as was the Breakfast Buffet. Very extensive selection and nicely presented. The Breakfast was complementary. Great value. Highly recommend!"
