Incredible value and 5-Star staff! A 2-minute walk from the outlet and 15 minute drive from the international airport this modern hotel was ideally placed and priced for our family of 4 completing our holiday in Mexico. The restaurant, bar and pool were wonderful amenities that were actually resort level. My kiddos loved the pool and outdoor pool, while my husband and I were grateful for the restaurant and bar conveniently on the first floor. Will definitely be our go-to airport selection.

We absolutely love Hotel Avani!!’. The staff are wonderful and welcoming the hotel is impeccably clean. Thanks so much to jorge and diego at check in they were wonderful Made us feel so at home. Thanks so much to Francisco, Juan and russel for amazing service at the bar. Service was fantastic and they are so friendly. Can’t wait to come back in August.

The hotel was situated next to the new Grand Outlet Mall which a food court making it easy for additional dining options. Shopping was close by and the Mal was quite large with additional amenities to keep you busy. The room was spacious, the entire staff went above and beyond to make my stay a memorable one and they succeeded, the room was kept clean and the facilities were like brand new. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet which started at 6:00am. For a business traveler, hands down, the property was affordable and close to the airport.

Our reception wasn’t the friendliest. When we arrived at 3 pm with no one in front of us they took over 30 minutes to help us and kept our passports while doing so. When we asked for a shuttle for the following morning we were informed we would have to take one an hour earlier then we needed to be accommodated. I would have appreciated information ahead of time letting us know that booking a shuttle beforehand was advised, even better would be an option to do this when booking.

This property is beautiful. The staff in the restaurant were awesome! My room was beautiful, but the air conditioner would not shut off! It was 16 C in my room. I did have maintenance come once and make it warmer, but when I returned from supper, it was 16 C again. The front desk clerk didn't seem to care less. Further, I booked the airport shuttle for 5 AM, and was informed in the morning, it might be 10-15 minutes late due to traffic (how much traffic can there be at 5 in the morning?). As a result I had to take alternative transportation and was almost late for my flight. Beautiful property, staff could learn a thing or two about customer service.

Good thing we only booked for 1 night

Terrible service, especially at the reception desk, they just couldn’t care less. You are just passing through and they know it. Severe issues with the toilets in the lobby/restaurant (see pictures). They didn’t provide enough towels for a family of four, nor toilet paper, no coffee pods (but reading the reviews this has been going on for years now), for every little detail you need to go down to the lobby and ask for it. Bathroom is flooded after taking a shower, and the pillows are the worst. Deceiving pool pictures, there is almost no place to sit. Some guests even lay down putting a towel on a hardwood floor. Overall I felt very unwelcome.

No ac and paid a lot of money to not sleep.

When we arrived, the reception was not very friendly. We had many, many bags as we we were moving to the country. We also had cats and he looked really upset. We paid over 3000 pesos for one night. He also wanted another 450 pesos for the cats that we hadn't paid. He brought some of our bags to the room and when i went down to tip him, he was gone. We brought the rest up ourselves. The ac was set at 25 so we set it to 16 to get it working. We waited hours for the temperature to go down and it did not. It was still boiling in there. We called the front desk and the man said, Ok just a minute and I will come. No one came. It stayed stifling hot all night and my husband did not sleep more than 2 hours. We told the guy on check out what happened. He said he would put in a work order. I said we are leaving now. He just shrugged. I was going to tip him for taking some of our luggage up the previous day but he did not apologize or anything. He just wanted me to leave. So disappointing.
