"The majority of the staff was very courteous. The lady at the check in desk spoke VERY quickly so it was a bit difficult for us to understand her. So after we got settled into the room we went to ask the concierge some questions and it seemed to annoy him. The good was delicious, including room service. We wake very early but there’s no coffee available until 7, but all you have to do is call room service the night before and put in your order for whatever time you wish!! The showed each night were good but not great but we still had fun. We got to see coati, several different kinds of birds, capybara and of course a plethora of iguanas. We would definitely stay here again"

"We just got home from an amazing trip to Villa Picon. The pool and direct beach front setting is stunning. We had 8 adult family members with us and everyone had their own space. The beds were comfortable and the mini splits created the perfect white noise for sleeping, especially when the younger crew stayed up late. The kitchen is large and easy to use and has everything we needed for a family who loves to cook. They have a bottled water dispenser so we could enjoy fresh water all week.You will need a rental car to get around. Puerto Morales is 12 minutes away for grocery runs. The caretakers were kind and helpful. They only speak Spanish, so it is best if you can too. We hired them one night to make us a feast of grilled fish and beef over a charcoal grill. Magical moments at this property included us witnessing baby turtles hatch in front of the villa, watching the Geminid meteor showers (45 shooting stars ), and swimming and body surfing daily in the 83 degree ocean. The sun rises directly in front of the house! They have extra snorkeling gear, water shoes and boogie boards. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The Villa was cleaned daily for us. The owner was always responsive to any questions I had.We would absolutely come back to the Villa Picon. I'm including some pics."

"We were so warmly welcomed as soon as we arrived at the resort, our room was clean, the staff were so friendly the entire time, everyone was so helpful and accommodating to anything and everything we needed - The water is filtered through the entire Resort and the food was delicious with our favourite à la carte restaurants being the Mediterranean, Japanese, and Italian restaurants. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice relaxing vacation, with tons of activities in the resort, a close proximity to all excursions, and overall just needing to vacation away and to feel fully taken care of and relaxed at the end. We absolutely loved it! "
