We went to the property in 2025 and it was a nice stay, it has really eroded and they have cut back on a lot of things and quality. Our room had ants coming in thru the wall, their solution was to send a cleaning lady in with raid, they did this twice on the trip and it didn’t solve the issue. We also lost time the first day due to the in room refrigerator not working and the safe was locked with code when we got in. Very unimpressed with the food quality, my wife got sick. The property itself is just falling apart. Many of the amenity areas are just abandoned where you can’t use them and no staff, and their pools and walls have chipped and eroding areas that they have workers fixing throughout you stay. The staff was nice, but given the number of issues we had I would’ve thought some sort of gesture to improve the stay would’ve been given. It was very obvious, they have cut back on quality and efforts since our first stay. Definitely disappointed.

Great resort if you’re not wanting to spend too much and have a good time. Location is great. Plenty of great restaurants on the boulevard outside the resort. Pools could be better, including preferred pool. Food was okay. Preferred member didn’t offer to many other amenities other than a pool, small “lounge” which has about 4 small table a small bar and also is used to check in and check out.
