My stay here was amazing! Wish I had longer day. Definitely staying here again when next I’m in Mexico!!!

Amazing!!! Love the experience. Room, restaurants, staff, everything amazing. Only one thing I don't like. No beach and no night life. Everything else was incredible.

Firstly, this is a time-share complex so expect the usual requests (I won't say hassel because I've seen far worse) to attend one of their many presentations. Their are agents at the front desk, all vying for your business to buy into their vision or buy one of their many excursions. - cheaper if you do it yourself online. Secondly, if you have the all-inclusive package, like us, then you need to be aware of some extra charges. What the front desk won't tell you, not everything is free, there are premium drinks and food you may accidently request which are then charged to your card, initial deposit of $4000 peso retained on check-in. There is also a massive tipping culture at the resort, I guess this is a reminent of the predominate Yanks that stay/live there, they like tipping. Every time you sit down to have a meal, they will ask for your room card and at the end it is returned with a receipt you have to sign. Now be careful here as the receipt allows you to add a tip for the service. DO NOT just sign the receipt, cross out the section where the tip can be added because believe me this can be filled in later without your knowledge. ALWAYS ask for the yellow copy of the receipt and keep safe if you need to rely on it later. We just tipped in cash at the end and made sure the tipping section of the receipt was crossed out,if you don't tip, don't expect a great service. In terms of food, eat only at the La-Veranda and Sports bar, the gimich Bar Bistro and Sisal were poor.
