"I always forget how awesome this hotel chain is until I actually check-in again some years later. Greeted with a smile at front desk, very clean hotel with ample parking (bit not free). Hot breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of options. Cozy room and very comfortable beds. Full kitchen with microwave and stove to cook your own food with pots, pans and dishes provided. Nice bathroom and shower. I would recommend not charging people to park as your room rate is not cheap and it should help cover the cost to park free as most hotels offer this to their guests. Love the breakfast hours of 7 am to 10 am which still gives you an hour to finish packing up before checking out at 11 am. Lots to see and do around the area, but you need a car, e-bikebl or Uber. Thanks for a lovely one night stay. If we stayed longer, the pool would have been used."

"Overall, we had a great experience at Falcon Cottages and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. The property offers a wide range of facilities and amenities for families, giving everyone plenty of activities to enjoy. The location and overall setup also contributed to a pleasant experience, making the property well suited to families and groups. Our main concerns were cleanliness and the quality of the beds. The unit would benefit from more thorough cleaning before guests arrive, as it did not appear to have been fully cleaned, which affected our first impression. The mattresses were very thin and uncomfortable, and the master bedroom bed sank noticeably in the middle, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Providing a bathroom rug would also be a helpful basic improvement. In addition, the A/C setup could be reviewed, particularly in the bathroom, where the vent arrangement was uncomfortable and required us to keep the vents closed. With improvements to cleanliness and bedding quality, Falcon Cottages could provide an even better experience for families and groups."

"A Wonderful Stay at The Red Coat We had a wonderful stay at The Red Coat B&B in Queenston. From the moment we arrived, Sandra and Keith made us feel genuinely welcome. Their hospitality is warm and personal without ever being overbearing, which made the whole experience feel more like staying in a beautiful home than a traditional B&B. The house itself is beautiful, with so much historic character, but it is also exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. And the breakfasts deserve a special mention. They were absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and clearly made with a great deal of care. Breakfast each morning was something we genuinely looked forward to. The location is also excellent. Queenston is peaceful and charming, while being conveniently located for exploring Niagara-on-the-Lake, the Niagara Parkway, the wineries, and Niagara Falls. We especially enjoyed being away from the busier tourist areas and coming back to such a quiet and relaxing setting. What really makes The Red Coat special, though, is Sandra and Keith. They are wonderful hosts and clearly take great pride in making their guests feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation recommending The Red Coat to anyone looking for a comfortable, charming, and genuinely welcoming place to stay in the Niagara region. We hope to return!"

"The hostess was great, the breakfasts were ample (large helping of fresh fruit salad and breakfast casserole) plus lots of coffee. When Diane found out that one person had a gluten allergy, she quickly prepared a substitute for the casserole. The rooms were very pleasant and air conditioned."
