Location is perfect to get about - 5 min walk to Shibuya crossing and the station and plenty to to do and see in the area. Always felt safe and the 24 hour concierge team were great. If you are looking for a well located, well-priced stay then this is it. "

"Everything at this Hotel is amazing. So close to everything such as shops, restaurants, coffee shops. Walkable and easy access to Uber and Taxi. Even though the Hotel is situated in a busy area, it was not noisy at all. We were still able to get undisturbed sleep. The place is very clean and breakfast buffet is amazing. We had dinner at our last night stay and food was excellent too. We definitely recommend and we will be staying here again and again. "

The location is great for exploring the city, the room was beautifully clean and comfortable, the view from the higher floors (including from the bar) is stunning at night time, and the Japanese breakfast is truly amazing - but the main thing that sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and helpful and put such care into ensuring we had a special experience. "The hotel is at the far end (away from Shibuya station) of the upscale Miyashita Park mall. It's at a corner that passes through to the Shibuya Scramble side of the tracks. Lobby/reception is on the second floor. The accessible room was a good size for Tokyo. Bathroom was large with a low ceiling. Mattress on a platform. Complimentary toiletries available in the lobby. Comfortable and convenient with a modern Japanese feel. "
