Great and convenient area in Shinjuku. Stayed with a large family and was very affordable to get multiple rooms! Breakfast buffet was good and so easy to go to the bus station to the airport is right around the corner. Shinjuku station is super close too

The room was on the smaller size but it was clean and had all comforts. The only thing that wasn’t great is that my room must have been above the restaurant and it really smelled of food, rather than a clean, fresh smell.

Overall a good place. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. Room was a decent size. Only complaint is the area - it’s in the middle of everything but it can be too much a times - would not recommend to families - if you are single or a young couple it’s a good area. The one benefit about the area is that it is about 5 minutes walking from train station.
