I liked staying at the hotel because it had wonderful amenities such a Refa hair dryer, a steamer, laundry service, and even a laundry facility. The staff were extremely kind and friendly. The hotel was also close to the Shinjuku station and we were able to easily walk to it and gained easy access to all the sites we wanted to see. The property was very clean and the area was safe. Would stay here again.

Great location with entrances to Shinjuku station just a block away, shopping and restaurants galore within walking distance, and combini two doors away. The hotel was very clean and the staff super helpful with luggage storage and lending umbrellas on a rainy day. Rooms are average size for Japan standards. Limited amenities but matched our needs. We would definitely love to stay there again in the future.

Loved the location and comfort, although mattresses shifted on the bed. Coffee station could have opened earlier. Also, although we were gone during most of the day each day, our room was not tended by the time we returned in the late afternoon. The staff did drop off towels and robes.
