The Perfect Cape Cod Beach Hotel
The Ocean View is a picturesque beachside hotel that has that essential Cape Cod charm. I stayed in the Osterville room which fabulous views of the beach and was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed, mini fridge, and new bath. The best part of my stay was the service. I unfortunately lost my key while out and the management service met me at my room at 10PM with a back up key. Much appreciated!

Loved this property! Close to water. Really nice clean, modern room in a quaint building. Checkin easy and pleasant. Drive a few miles to restaurants but beautiful area.

The location: I could see the ocean from the porch and be there in 1 minute. Room was OK and bathroom shower was very small. Staff was not very helpful partly because this is a very busy time of year,

We love the hotel. Our room was cozy and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and they even had four pillows per bed! Our view of the ocean…. Ahaaaaaa. The person who checked us in was so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely stay there again

Wonderful and peaceful stay
We had an amazing time, room was great, everything was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. The only thing I can say is it would have been nice to go to the office to get extra ice. The office closed when we got there around 4/5pm. But if we really needed something we would have been able to contact them.

Perfect place for a quiet getaway
Great, quiet place by the beach. Comfortable and they thought of everything. Room was even stocked with games to play. We loved it!

Not worth the price.
Office closed at check out. Heating required, but independent of AC. Many wall electric outlet plugs did not hold plugs. Definitely not of a quality to support price. But, it is where it is.

A great location!
The best part of The Ocean View is that it is right across the street from the ocean.That is why we stayed there. If I were to stay at this motel again,I would want to get one of the rooms with a balcony that looks right at the ocean view, in the front of the building. We had a room with a balcony on the side of the building and we did have an ocean view but it was not as good a view as the front was. They were still not offering cleaning service at the motel so the room did not get cleaned while we were there, but we did have a phone number to call if we needed anything. We called because the TV wasn't working at first and someone came to fix it, and we also called to have garbage picked up at some point.They responded very quickly. It would have been most helpful to have a microwave in the room. There was a small refrigerator and that was somewhat helpful, but we had no way to heat up leftovers from our dinners out and that would have been nice. I would describe the room as basic, clean, and adequate - 2 queen beds, a table and two chairs, a nightstand between the beds...... the TV was small and the picture quality was not great.The bathroom was small and tight - again, adequate. So, it really depends on what you're looking for - if you want a luxurious room with all the amenities, you won't get that here. But,if you want a clean, adequate room where you can walk across the street, across a parking lot, and then be on the beach, this is it. You can't beat the location!!

Great location, across the beach, pretty close to the shopping center (Cape Cod Mall) and 30 minutes from Wood Hole Ferry Terminal. It's typical for any motel: a little tight on space but we are outside all day anyway:-)

This is a great small motel, no frills but clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Best part of course it is right across from Craigville Beach!!! We had a nice view from our room.

Perfect Spot!
Jeanine was a fabulous host! She went above and beyond what she needed to do. We were the only guests, so she upgraded our room, offered beech chairs, towels, water and ice. She even rinsed the dreaded pollen off of my car! Great experience over all. We will definitely go again!

The only good thing of your motel is that it is on the beach for our 90 year old Dad who was with us. Our own home was damaged and in repair; there were bugs all over the rugs near the windows and all over the sink. The beds were comfortable, the deck was amazing. The pool was enjoyable at CI...were told NO to go to your CI for coffee/and..?? Shocking....Sorry.. we won't be back

Sorry that you wont be back. The bugs are actually gnats, that are very common at this time a year especially the beach and marsh area. I apologize about the continental breakfast. We do not serve that here that is served at our larger inn property. As you are aware we do have 2 snack shacks next to the motel that serves breakfast in the morning as well as lunch and dinner. Your room was equipped with a Keurig , coffee and tea as well. I am sorry your experience was not happy and we hope you have a great summer.

Great location and view! We'll stay here again. Parking was a bit dicy, one space per room so if anyone invites friends to visit finding a space is challenging.

Great ocean view room at a great price.
We stayed at the Ocean View because we had a wedding in Harwich. It was exactly what I was hoping for. Beautiful beach view and because it was off season, it was very quiet and the beach was beautiful. Would definitely stay there again!
