"We had wifi on and off for the first 3 days of our holiday. This hotel is for the young at heart. Loud music and people screaming and fighting in the hallways at 1-3 in the morning. So not for those who are light sleepers. The buffet restaurant showed a different theme night each night but was pretty must the same food every day with just one or two minor changes."

The room was spotless every day — a huge thank‑you to Carman for the amazing work and attention to detail. It truly made the room feel welcoming and comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with plenty of variety and great quality. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared, and we looked forward to dining each day. What meant the most to us was how the team helped make our first wedding anniversary unforgettable. Their kindness and small thoughtful touches made the celebration feel personal and truly special. It’s something we’ll always remember. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Clean rooms, great food, and a staff that goes above and beyond — we couldn’t have asked for a better experience."

"Our stay at Xcaret Arte was amazing. Most of the food was amazing, there’s definitely variety and other restaurants you can go to after if you don’t like the one you ate at. The staff was so kind and helpful. They worked with us to accommodate any changes we requested in itinerary. Having the parks included with transportation provided was a huge plus. The room was amazing!"

"This is a top notch choice for a high end, adult only, all inclusive property. The food was fantastic all around, staff wonderful and upgraded room spectacular. Only downsides were abundant seaweed and erratic WiFi - but highly recommended."
