"Location was great! Next to the wharf. Service is slow. Front desk staff was hit or miss. I requested a crib ahead of time and confirmed with front desk but it was not in the room even after they said it would be in there already when I checked in. When we got to our room, we waited almost an hour for bell to deliver our bags until I finally went downstairs to the front desk to ask for them. They finally called the bell up. Bell guys were super friendly otherwise. Overall decent stay, nice location. "

"We really like the suite. It was large and comfortable. They had a happy hour and the breakfast had a nice spread. The only downfall was there was a soccer team of little kids running around the hallways and throwing balls around. If it wasn't for that it would have been excellent!"
