"Our stay and room were absolutely perfect. The front desk lady was incredibly kind and accommodating. She even went above and beyond to find us a room that was perfect for our trip. Since my birthday is today and I had plastic surgery yesterday, I requested a room away from the hustle and bustle so I wouldn’t have to deal with crowds. To my delight, she found us an end unit with a beautiful view of the trees and birds chirping. It had everything I needed for my recovery, including a relaxing tub. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"

"Compared with the other hotels in the area, I think this UCLA hotel holds higher standards. Their facilities are newer and cleaner, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The dining place provides excellent food. The only thing I don't like is that people smoke outside the hotel's beautiful garden. I can occasionally smell it, which is inconsistent with the quiet, beautiful campus environment."
