"Were we pleased with our stay in D303!!!The condo was very clean and cozy and offers beautiful views. The bathrooms are nice with tile showers and good water pressure, tho the upstairs toilets sits somewhat low to the ground. The location of Luana Kai itself is perfect, just about 10 minutes from The Food Trucks that we visited several times and several other shops and beaches. The condo itself is also in a perfect location, literally 125 steps to the beach and sits at the back of the small (A-D) resort and even tho it's located in the middle of the D building was still quiet. Be aware that since it is located on the top, there are 3 flights of stairs, but it was worth the climb! The condo has stackable washer/dryer and pods provided which was a plus. There is a closet of misc beach items ie boogie board, some sand toys, a few snorkel masks and beach chairs - those were a huge win for us! And beach towels were provided. The pool/hot tub are in close distance and also has a shuffleboard game just outside the gate. I was hesitant to leave anything negative, but an honest review isn't always bad. We found the Wi-Fi very spotty and we didn't use it most of the time - but then again we didn't go to Maui to be on our phones/Wi-Fi ;) The pickleball courts were advertised but no paddles were provided.Overall this rental is a must and has so much to offer! It is very clean and has the basic things needed for a 9 day stay."

BEACHFRONT MAUI KIHEI HOUSE

"The backyard is stunning! There were sea turtles every morning and late afternoon...sometimes up to 8 turtles. We had a family of 10 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Property is not too far from Wailea and also about an hour drive over to Kannapali. It is centrally located close to almost everything that you want to do all around the whole Island of Maui."

"Very comfortable accommodations for our family of 4 adults. The view was amazing, we enjoyed watching sunsets from the lanai and the park. The air conditioners worked well for keeping the bedrooms cool, we didn't really need or use the one in the common area. Our only suggestion would be to have a full size couch or an additional chair to allow for comfortable seating for 4 in the living room. We didn't spend much time inside during our trip (other than to eat and sleep), but when we did there really wasn't room for all 4 of us to sit and visit."

"Loved this property! Very quiet and the beach is right out front. Loved the balcony beach view. Cute and clean inside with a beautifully landscaped property. Grocery store is nearby and about a 30 minute walk to Kīhei town. Walk the beach to the right about 15 minutes and watch the honu come up on the shore right after sunset. Incredible! I would definitely stay again."

"We were very satisfied. My wife and I stayed here two days while in town on business, but this is a perfect location for vacation too, with the beach on your doorstep and great coffee shops and restaurants nearby.If you're debating between staying in Kahului or Kihei, stay here in Kihei, absolutely. I thought Kahului was nothing special."
