"We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel in Charlevoix. We only spent one night, but wished we could have stayed longer. Room appeared to have recent upgrades, so it was very well appointed and perfectly clean. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. We were traveling with small dogs, and the area outside the hotel was perfect for walking them. Having a guest laundry room was so helpful!"
