Nice front porch and large backyard space with above ground pool. There are 2 sections to the house and we were split but it worked out just fine. "While in town attending Suny Cobleskill graduation, we were looking for a property nearby. This farmhouse fit the bill. It was neaty decorated and the host was very gracious in leaving some treats for us at check in. There were plenty of beds to sleep my whole family."

"The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...
